Terahertz stone has long-lasting cooling and warming effects when it comes to calming down the skin and relieve muscle tension. No need to put in the freezer. Terahertz has wave frequency and ability to conduct both hot and cold thermal energy.

To see stone's reaction to cold, take one ice cube and place it on top of your stone. You will see how Terahertz melts down the ice cube in few seconds. Rub the ice cube into both of your stone or wash under the cold water. Then enjoy your cooling effect stone in the morning to depuff or warm stone in the night to relieve any muscle tension, especially before going to sleep. If you want to keep using them as really cold, you can repeat ice cube rubbing again. Actually having ice cube or hot towel/water next to you is exactly how it is done in Japanese spas.

Cleaning your tool before and after use is extremely important. Wash the tool with soap in warm water. Dry it with a towel/paper and store it in its pouch/box in dry place. Be careful to not let it slip out of your hands. We don't recommend holding it with wet hands while using. Terahertz stone is brittle, so be gentle.

There is a thumb place for you to place your thumb which makes it easier for you hold the Gua Sha tightly and not let it slip over your hand.
