How do you wash the tools?

Cleaning your tool before and after use is extremely important. Wash the tool with soap in warm water. Dry it with a towel/paper and store it in its pouch/box in dry place. Be careful to not let it slip out of your hands. We don't recommend holding it with wet hands while using. Terahertz stone is brittle, so be gentle.

How Can I place an order?

Simple go to the product you want to purchase, click Add to cart and click Check out in the next step. Simply fill out the form with the information. Click the Continue to shipping, click the Continue to payment and you will see the page that says Your order is confirmed. 

If you want to purchase more products, follow this instruction. Go to the product you want to purchase, click Add to cart and click the X. Th product will be automatically saved in your cart. After clicking the X, go to the other product you want to purchase. Click Add to cart and click Check out in the next step. Simply fill out the form with the information. Click the Continue to shipping, click the Continue to payment and you will see the page that says Your order is confirmed if your card information is filled correctly.   

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at info@pleasetakecareofme.shop with your order number and we can take care of it for you!

How can I check my Tracking Order?

Once you place an order, you will automatically get Order Confirmation sent to your email address. 

Your Tracking order number will be sent to your email automatically once we fulfill your order. Sometimes the service might have some technical issues, but most of the cases your order will be already on its way. If you don't get Tracking order number even between 3-5 days, please kindly send us an email at info@pleasetakecareofme.shop
