We utilize UPS shipping service as our primary shipping carrier. There are some areas where UPS doesn't ship to, so in that case we use USPS. Shipping out orders takes 1-2 business days and approximate delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days. If you do not receive tracking number within 3 days, please contact us at

Shipping fee within USA is $6. We have a free shipping policy for order over $110 within USA. This applies to all states in USA other than Hawaii. We can't offer free shipping to Hawaii. We charge $12 to Hawaii due to high shipping rates.

We ship world wide! You can choose your preferred shipping rates at the checkout. We have various options for you to choose depending on the shipping fee and estimated delivery dates. If you do not receive tracking number within 3 days, please contact us at . We can't guarantee your package will arrive on the listed dates once it is in the possession of carrier. Shipping carrier is responsible for delivering on time without delays. 

Kindly note, if your package gets stuck in transit and you see no updates on the shipping for more than 3 days, please phone call the carrier service that is in charge of delivering your package or your local post office. If you don't see tracking updates on our website, please try tracking on your local carrier service. For example, in Mexico you can try this shipping service called Seguimiento de envios. Please be aware that International orders may experience customs and duties fee on the arrival. We have no control over duties and customs. To determine these costs please check with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing. These additional fees may be required to pay before or upon delivery of your order. Please note we are shipping from USA. If packages are send back to us, we will not refund the initial and return shipping fees.

If you get broken or damaged product, please contact us at within 3 days after getting your order delivered. In the email, please include listed information: order number, full name with the address, photo of the damaged or broken product as a proof. After 3 days, no requests will be accepted. We will be happy to help you at as soon as possible, usually within 24hours. 

After shipping out your order we are unable to accept returns or refund for any reason. We inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. We secure each product rolling with bubble wrapping, put them inside the sturdy box and lastly use shipping box to make 100% sure no damage will get to your order. 

Kindly note! We are not responsible for any lost, wrong addresses given by customers after we sent out the order for delivery, PO box issues or stolen items during transit. You can email us at to change the wrong given address, name, refund, exchange, cancellation if your package is still on our hands. After shipping our your order we can't do refund, exchange, return and cancellation after shipping out your order for any reason. If you have questions about shipping and/or delivery, please contact us at

All our products are handmade! Our massage tools are all sturdy but they break or get damaged if you drop or be aggressive while using them. If you accidentally drop or anything happens and you want to get a new one, you can contact us and send few photos of the borken/damaged item to prove. You can receive overall 40% off discount with the discount code of 30% off (can be used to purchase the same item only) and 10% off (can be used to purchase the same item only + sitewide)with the code given on your thank you card. There is no time limit for this discount. Please contact us at
